Listen: I’ll listen carefully to understand your needs and, importantly, the needs of your customer. I’ll ask you lots of questions and gather some market research too. If your marketing efforts are well established, I’ll take a look at what’s working and which areas need to be developed.
Plan: I’ll develop an initial brief and draft a few ideas to present to you. We’ll work together to choose the very best solution, one that you are confident will fit with your business objectives and your brand values.
Engage: I’ll be your virtual marketing manager or I’ll have a presence in your office, whichever suits you. I’ll get the wheels in motion with the route we have chosen together. I’m all about getting hands-on, so I’ll not just leave you with a plan and wave goodbye. I’ll give you the practical tools you need to maintain and build upon your marketing successes.
Review: There are very few silver bullets in marketing, it’s all about consistency, repetition and refining. Your marketplace is constantly moving, so your marketing needs to evolve to stay current. I’ll review, or help you to review, what’s working well and what’s not to make sure you’re getting the best out of your marketing budget.
